FAQ'S

Are there recordings? Recordings are available in our Facebook group if you cannot make the live sessions. You have 24 hours to view the recording. However, you will find that you will gain much more from the sessions by attending live when possible.

Will I have to eat a certain diet? Yes, I will share with you a super condensed 3-day plan that will dramatically ease your belly using food as medicine. Whether you actually do it right before Christmas is up to you!

If the dates don't work for me, is there another training? Not at this stage, but you are welcome to watch the recordings, or book a call with me to discuss your options to reclaiming your best hormonal balance.
