Q. Are there recordings? A. Recordings are available in our Facebook group if you cannot make the live sessions. You have 24 hours to view the recording. However, you will find that you will gain much more from the sessions by attending live when possible.
Q. How much time do I need to dedicate to the weekly calls? A. We recommend allowing 1.5 hours.
