What is OEA? OEA (oleoylethanolamide) is a naturally occurring compound in the body that plays a role in appetite regulation, fullness signals, and fat metabolism. It works by helping the body recognise satiety more effectively, which can support reduced cravings and more consistent eating patterns. In this program, OEA is used alongside structured nutrition and behavioural support to help reinforce healthier appetite cues and habits over the 4-week period.
Do I need to take OEA to join the challenge? No. The challenge is designed around the OEA protocol, but participation is about learning structure, building habits, and following the program framework. You’ll be guided on how it fits into the wider approach.
Can I do this if I’m using weight loss injections or prescription medication? Yes, many people using prescription weight management support are able to participate. However, we recommend choosing the Basic Access option so you can follow the general structure without needing individualised adjustments. If you’re unsure, it’s always best to check in with your prescribing doctor before starting.
What if I miss a live Zoom session? If you can’t attend live, you’ll still have access to replays or summaries where available so you can stay on track with the program.
Do I get personalised advice in the group plans? The group-based options focus on general education, structure, and accountability rather than individual treatment plans. If you need personalised care, the full program option includes 1:1 consultations.
Can I upgrade later if I want more support? In most cases, yes. If you start with a lower-tier option and realise you’d like more guidance, you can move into the full program where availability allows.

What’s the difference between the plans? The main difference is the level of support. The starter option gives you access to the group and structure, the middle option includes OEA supplementation and full group coaching support without 1:1 consults, and the full program includes personalised naturopath support, consults, and a more tailored approach.
Is this suitable if I’ve never done anything like this before? Yes. The program is designed to be simple to follow and structured so you’re not left guessing. Everything is guided step-by-step, regardless of where you’re starting from.
