Once your plan is in place, you will be invited into the Vitality Club for ongoing support and accountability.

Zoom Group Meetings Twice per Month
Stay on track and motivated with our live, interactive sessions! Join a supportive community of like-minded women every week as we tackle weight loss challenges, celebrate wins, and keep your momentum strong. Ask questions, get expert guidance, and stay inspired—because you're never in this alone!
A Dynamic Tribe
We have a private Facebook group to play in where we will support, motivate, share, and inspire each other. This isn't one of those boring groups. You will use this group actively throughout the program.
Structured Meal Plans and Food Lists
Food is sorted - either chose meat-eater, or plant-based done-for-you meal plans or craft your own meal plans using my easy meal planning guide and food list.
We have a bonus Meal-Planning workshop added for those who prefer this option.
