Refunds

• Refunds for programs, courses, or products are subject to our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our Refund Policy is as follows:

• Programs and Courses: Refund requests for programs and courses must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if less than 20% of the program or course content has been accessed.

• Digital Products: No refunds will be provided for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

• Physical Products: Refunds for physical products such as the Leaner Me Elevated Wellness Box are available for unopened and unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Services: Refunds for services, including consultations, are not provided once the service has been delivered.

Clinical Note-Taking and Documentation

During consultations, clinical notes are recorded to support safe and effective care. Your practitioner uses a secure, AI-assisted clinical documentation tool (Heidi) to assist with the efficient recording and structuring of consultation notes.

Heidi is used solely as a professional clinical support tool. All information remains confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations. No consultation recordings are stored or used for any purpose outside of your clinical care.

If you have any concerns about the use of this system, please discuss them with your practitioner prior to your appointment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Naturopath Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
