FAQ'S
Are there recordings? Recordings are available in our Facebook group if you cannot make the live sessions. You have 7 days to view the recording. However, you will find that you will gain much more from the sessions by attending live when possible.
How much time do I need to dedicate to the daily workshop? 1 hour depending on the content. We recommend allowing 1.5 hours a day and turning up 10 minutes early.
If the dates don't work for me, is there another training? No, but you may check out my online course Love Ya Guts which is done at your own pace.
