Through a naturopath-designed system that blends metabolic science, emotional reset techniques, nourishing food, and real-time support, you’ll finally have the tools to lose weight, reclaim your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
You won’t be doing this alone. With a supportive community, expert guidance, and weekly mindset coaching, you’ll stay accountable, motivated, and empowered every step of the way.
Week 1
Personalised Wellness Plan
Your Leaner Me journey begins with a 1-on-1 naturopathic consultation to take a deep dive into your unique health picture. Together, we’ll uncover hidden blocks to weight loss—whether they stem from nutrient deficiencies, hormonal shifts, familial tendencies, or emotional patterns.
Using a root-cause, whole-body approach, I’ll help you understand why your body has been resistant to change. From there, we’ll co-create a bespoke, individualised plan tailored to your needs and goals—ensuring you’re fully supported and aligned with the Leaner Me program. You may be prescribed functional testing or additional supplements or herbal medicine which is not included in the program fee, but you will get a 10% discount off all prescription supplements.
Week 2
Reset Your Mind & Get Prepped
This week, we lay the foundations for success—both mentally and practically.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Q: Can I do this if I am vegetarian or vegan? Yes! I have options for plant-based particiants - no-one is left behind.
Q: What support is available on the program? You will have access to our private Facebook group, which is exclusively for people going through the program and your coach is in the group daily to answer your questions. Weekly we have a group Zoom meeting which goes for 1 hour. We are also available on email.
Q: Can I have alcohol on the program? No, you need to abstain to allow your liver to completely detoxify, and release excess fat. You may be able to go back to moderate alcohol consumption after the program, but many people find that staying booze free is the best way forward for their health and their waistline.
Q: I take diabetes medication, can I do the program? Yes, you can, but you must monitor your blood glucose levels and adjust your medication dose as needed. Talk with your Dr to let them know that you are doing the program so they can support you. I also recommend an additional protein serve in the mornings, which may slow your results slightly, but ensures stability in your blood glucose levels. I am available to advise you in more detail. Q: Will I get hungry? As with any dramatic reduction in calories, you may find the first 2 days have some hunger pains, but after that most people have no or very mild transient hunger pangs (usually before a meal) If you do still have hunger, you can take an extra dose of the drops. It is important to stay hydrated throughout, as thirst can show as hunger too. If this problem persists, you will have immediate naturopathic support through the Facebook group - just reach and we will support you.
Q: I am on a hormone therapy, can I do the program? Yes, you can, there are no known contraindications with commonly prescribed medications, including Premarin, Thyroxine, Tamoxifen, etc. The drops we use are a homeopathic blend and contain NO hormones, so have no known effect on medications.
Q: Can I exercise on the program? We talk about this in the program in depth, but esentially, what level of exercise you do now will need to be reduced roughly by half in Phase 2 due to the low calorie intake. It's only for 3 weeks, you can start to increase exercise again in the stabilisation phase.
Q: Should I stop taking my vitamins and supplements on the program? It will depend on what you take. Any supplements with hidden sugars or oils need to be avoided in phase 2. If you are on supplements to manage a chronic health condition, book in an appointment with me and I can create a plan for you to do alongside the program. (This appointment is an extra charge)
Q: Am I required to exercise on the program? We talk about this in the program in depth. Results are not dependant on exercise, and many people need to reduce their exercise in phase 2. Gentle walking, swimming, incidental movement, and gentle yoga are all good intensity levels of exercise in phase 2, just do as little or as much as your energy allows on the day.
Q: Can I do this if I'm a shift worker? A: Yes, the Leaner Me program is flexible and can work around your shift schedule. With meal plans that can be prepared in advance. Plus, you'll have ongoing support to keep you motivated!
