FAQ'S

Q. Are there recordings? A. Recordings are available in our Facebook group if you cannot make the live sessions. You have 24 hours to view the recording. However, you will find that you will gain much more from the sessions by attending live when possible.

Q. How much time do I need to dedicate to the masterclass? A. We recommend allowing 1.5 hours.

Q: What if I’m not sure whether I’m in perimenopause or menopause? A: That’s completely okay — and actually, very common. Many women aren’t sure where they’re at, especially if they’ve had an IUD, hysterectomy, or are on hormonal contraception, which can mask or alter typical signs. If you're 35 or older and female by birth, you are absolutely welcome here. This masterclass is designed to help you understand your body, your hormones, and how to feel better — no matter your current stage or medical history.
