LEANER ME DROPS
My Leaner Me Drops have been developed specifically to support clients undertaking the Leaner Me eating program.
They are used alongside a structured nutrition plan to support your weight-loss journey, appetite management and adherence during the active phase of the program.
OEA
OEA (oleoylethanolamide) is a naturally occurring lipid-derived compound produced within the body, particularly in the small intestine, in response to food intake.
OEA is involved in the body's natural satiety signalling pathways – the signals that help communicate that we have eaten enough.
Supplemental OEA is used within the program to provide additional support for:
• Satiety and feelings of fullness
• Appetite regulation
• Reducing the drive to overeat
• Adherence to a structured eating plan
• Healthy weight management
