FAQ'S
Are there recordings? Recordings are available in our Facebook group if you cannot make the live sessions. You have 24 hours to view the recording. However, you will find that you will gain much more from the sessions by attending live when possible.
How much time do I need to dedicate to the daily workshop? 1 hour depending on the content. We recommend allowing 1.5 hours a day.
If the dates don't work for me, is there another training? Not at this stage, but you are welcome to watch the recordings, or book a call with me to discuss your options to reclaiming your best hormonal balance.
