Join my 3-Day Meal Planning Challenge for a simple, structured approach to eating more nutritiously - for busy people. Rather than planning meal by meal or day to day, this strategy focuses on planning habits that can be repeated on a weekly basis. By doing so, you will create a pattern that makes it easier to follow the practice of eating healthfully because you’ll be able to repeat what works and avoid repeating mistakes.
By the end of our 3-Day Challenge, you will have:
~ A reusable personalised meal plan template
~ A shopping list
~ A stocked freezer of nutritious meals
~ A big pot of broth
~ Healthy dressings
Note: Cost covers tuition, meal planning PDFs, recipes, and Meetings. As each person has different food needs, you will be designing a meal plan under guidance, and covering the cost of all ingredients needed.
Your time commitment:
Meeting 1 Wed 1/3 7:00 - 8:30 pm: Create a naturopathic meal plan.
Meeting 2 Thur 2/3 7:00 - 8:00 pm: Prep for shopping
Meeting 3: Sat 4/3 9:00 - 1:00 pm: We will all cook together live on Zoom and have 1 weeks worth of meals done and dusted!
